New Blog Format!
The summer of 2007 is officially over, but we don’t want the community that is found at camp during the summer months to stop here. We know that we haven’t been the greatest at consistency with the blog in the past, but that is why we have decided to come up with a new schedule of posting to help ensure that you stay in the “cascades loop” throughout the year.
The plan is to have new blog posts twice a week:
- Wednesdays will be home to our “Hear the word Wednesday”. The goal with this post is to provide an update on what is going on at camp and will include a short message from the Word.
- “Photo-Blog Friday” will incorporate our favorite photos from this past summer or a fun snap-shot of an event taken in the past week.
Now that you know a bit about what the blog will look like, let me introduce myself: my name is Claudia-out here at camp I am more commonly known as Dirt. I’ve been given the opportunity to work here all year, with Trane and Miles, as the Program Intern. Keeping up on the blog is one of my favorite parts of this job because it keeps all of you up to date with life at Cascades. Feel free to comment on the posts or shoot me an email (dirt@cascadescamp.org) we love to hear what you all are up to year-round!
